Centro Ovale Chiasso is a shopping centre in Chiasso with a unique, high-impact design that comes into view right from the highway, just a stone’s throw from the national border. The visitors quickly nicknamed this shopping centre the “silver egg” and, generally considered one of the most “contemporary” buildings in Ticino. The centre opened in September 2011 and each day welcomes shoppers from Ticino, Northern Italy and beyond.
